Refund Policy

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of your order. If the service is not right for you, tell us in that time and we return your money.

How to ask

  1. Message us on WhatsApp (+44 7476 615897) or write to support@subscription-apollogroup.cc within 14 days of your order.
  2. Send the email address you ordered with and the plan you bought.
  3. We confirm and refund the payment method you used, usually within [number] business days.

Good to know

Checkout charges euros, so the refund is made in euros. The amount in dollars on your statement can differ slightly because of the exchange rate on the day. Plans never renew automatically.
